Each workshop is customized to meet your needs and context. We do not pretend to put forth a unique model or theory. We are professionals at helping others learn and change, drawing upon the themes of proven best practices of Bennis, Covey, Deming, Greenleaf, Senge, MacGregor, and hundreds of others. Truth is where you find it. We work hard to continually find it, and then to present it in a non-academic form that is meaningful for others. The Coaches Conference: It is clear that the single most important leadership skill is the ability to coach others. In most professional, athletic, or artistic arenas it is important to recognize that the higher the level of performance the more intense is the coaching. We have developed a workshop to build skill in improving employee performance and developing effective use of discipline and performance management. Participants learn how to establish expectations and ground rules, how to provide positive feedback on performance and work methods, to resolve conflict, lead employees and teams to continuous improvement, create championship levels of performance, and build motivation. Participants learn how to turn everyone into a champion and how to move every player from wherever they may be today to the next level.
The Leadership Skills Development Seminars are for all who would be leaders Serious leader development requires a serious commitment to learn, to experience, and to change. This typically 5 day intense workshop design is directed toward executives and leaders who have significant levels of responsibility and who are interested in mastering the art of organizational and individual leadership (shorter versions or scheduling options are available.) Each workshop is customized to meet the needs of your organization, but each is designed with the same objectives.
The subject/content changes from one audience to another, but it is always presented in the context of the organization's needs, culture, and challenges. We believe it is our role to help you or any individual participant to go from where you are to where you want to go - not to where we think you should go.
